Exceptional teaching

Pete Seeger wrote the song and performed it first. Well, actually, he borrowed most of the lyrics - but, the Byrds did cover it. I guess they say Solomon wrote the original, but we know about the authorship of scripture - it's earthly writers were merely God's vessels.

I love this video, for years I try to explain to people about judge. God tells us to judge with righteousness. God tell us to judge by their fruits. Bad fruits, bad trees. People are reading blogs and not the bible.

I am an ELCA Lutheran from South Carolina. Today (December 15), 1 Chronicles 17:1, 3-4, 11-14, 18, 21-27 was the basis for our Sunday School Lesson for the Day. It was entitled "David's House." The hymn, "All Are Welcome," written and composed by Marty Haugen, is a good hymn to compliment this Scripture, regardless of denomination.
